This is the heart of my program, getting your staff engaged and excited about coming to work each day! We have created an employee engagement strategy stretching over several months, during which the employees must accumulate a certain amount of points in order to earn a set prize at the end of the program. In order to earn points, employees have lots of options, including some which are for the personal development of each employee and some which are for the betterment of the business. After the challenge is completed, you will be surprised at what can be accomplished in such a small amount of time, garnering increased exposure for your business as well as a newfound team approach in which your employees work together to achieve a common goal. At the end of the designated time frame, employees will feel good about what they have accomplished and are rewarded accordingly!

You will want to ensure that your marketing team is on top of all the great things that your employees are accomplishing and taking advantage of social media outlets to spread the good news! We can give you some tips, if needed, about how to best utilize this free exposure in order to ensure you are maximizing the community footprint of your business throughout this process. In fact, due to the large amount of free marketing options that our program utilizes, we suggest diverting some of your typical marketing dollars to pay for the incentive reward, so that it can be cost effective for your business.
