This program is not a hand-out. While all employees would appreciate receiving cash without an explanation as to why, they are more personally engaged and committed to the process when they have to do a little work in order to get an awesome incentive at the end.

Each client’s business is unique and therefore consulting fees will vary based on your specific needs, but we understand that most businesses in today’s world are on a specific budget. We firmly believe that our program, when implemented correctly, will SAVE you marketing dollars in the long run.

While Brian has spoken primarily at physical therapy conferences nationwide, his expertise in Employee Engagement and Company Culture can be tailored to many industries. Brian will customize his employee engagement ideas to encompass trends within your industry. Will this program work with any company, no matter the current state-of-affairs?
We insist on completing a client compatibility check prior to working with any company. In the best interest of time and resources, we want to ensure that our engagement program is able to have a measurable impact on your business with regards to company culture and employee engagement.
If I decide to implement this program, how do I ensure success?
The key to having overwhelming success with Brian’s process, is the implementation of the system. It is imperative that all managerial staff are on board with the process and buy-in to the system. It may be advantageous to have additional consulting prior to implementation or onsite leadership training to maximize the benefits of the program. The point program alone, without proper leadership, will NOT magically change your company culture or increase employee engagement.
